the healing room
Welcome to the healing room of Sweet Tea & Sage.
There are parts of our well-being that are not always easy to put into words.
The Healing Room is the spiritual heart of Sweet Tea & Sage, created as a place to explore those quieter parts of ourselves through reflection, energy work, spiritual practice, and connection with the angelic realm.
Here, I share the practices that have become meaningful in my own spiritual life as well as those I have been trained to offer to others. You will find thoughtful writings that explore spiritual and energetic practices more deeply, guided experiences you can return to in your own time, and opportunities to work with me privately.
My practice is rooted in Angelic Reiki®, and much of what you will find within the Healing Room reflects that tradition. My spiritual practice is grounded in God and my connection with the angelic realm, while other forms of divine guidance may also become part of the work. Intuition and the Clairs further inform the way I approach spiritual practice and private guidance.
You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for.
You may be curious about Angelic Reiki®. You may be ready to release something you have carried for too long. You may be seeking spiritual guidance, looking for practices that help you reconnect with yourself, or simply wanting to understand this work before deciding whether it belongs in your own life.
You are welcome to begin by reading.
