A Note on What We Make

At Sweet Tea & Sage, each piece is created with care and intention. Many items, especially those from the Printery, are made to order or prepared specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, our return policy is a little different from larger retail shops.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

This includes all Printery items such as signs, notices, artwork, and any custom or made-to-order pieces, as well as digital downloads.

If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please reach out within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and packaging

Every piece is created with care, and if something isn’t right, we want to know. We will work with you to make it right in a way that feels fair and thoughtful.
