Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busier seasons or for custom work, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as FedEX, USPS or UPS, depending on the item and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier.
While most orders arrive within a reasonable timeframe, Sweet Tea & Sage cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.
Sweet Tea & Sage is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but not received. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.
