Resting in Abundance
The door didn’t creak open tonight — it was already closed behind you.
Shoes set aside. Shoulders lowering.
The house is learning your rhythm now, and it’s adjusted itself to you.
Sunday is settling in gently. The Moon, just past full, is softening her light.
As I freshened the beds for the night, I reached for sage green sheets. The sheets color reflect much wealth and abundance to meet us this year.
So I tended to your bed this evening with you in mind.
I lit a green candle on the nightstand, warming the room and settling the energy.
The sheets were smoothed slowly, deliberately.
Green carries steadiness. Growth without strain. Needs met quietly, in the background, while you rest.
When my hands rested on the fabric, I spoke to the sheets as if they already knew you — because they do.
I asked them to remember comfort.
To welcome what’s meant to support you.
To let provision arrive in its own steady way.
And I left them with words meant to stay woven into the cloth:
Cloth of green, soft and kind,
Hold the comfort I deserve to find.
As I rest, let fortune grow,
Steady streams of money flow.
No harm given, none received,
Only good that’s meant for me.
Sunday’s Sun strengthens self-trust.
The waning Moon helps loosen what’s been clutched for too long.
Your bed isn’t for planning or proving.
It’s for remembering that support exists — even when you stop trying.
As you settle in tonight, let the mattress carry you fully. Let the sheets do their quiet work.
If a thought passes through you, let it be this:
I am supported.
I am provided for.
The house is holding steady around you.
The bed remembers what you need.
And everything meant for you is already on its way.
Rest now.
